We offer the same seed mixtures for your purchase that we use for our quality sods, including Kentucky Bluegrass, Native Meadow Grass, Dura Turf®, and Sheep Fescue.
Premium Kentucky Bluegrass Sod
Our Kentucky Bluegrass is a high-quality blend of four unique varieties of Kentucky Bluegrass. This blend, combined with the quality care we take in raising this sod, gives us the highest quality sod in the area.
Beautiful Native Meadow Grass Sod
Our Special-Blend Meadow Grass is a native blend that is commonly used in landscapes to give that natural look. When left unmowed, it grows 16 to 24 inches long and is great for slopes and low-maintenance areas.
Hard-Working Dura Turf® Sod
Dura Turf® is our new up-and-coming sod and is the cool-season grass that holds up to the greatest amount of wear. This sod is highly recommended for backyards, ball fields, playgrounds, and parks.
Sheep Fescue Sod
Sheep Fescue is a fine-textured, cool-season fescue that can be used in low-maintenance lawns. It has a medium to dark blue-green color, grows well in shady areas, is drought tolerant, and is good for erosion control.
Plan on Fertilizing in Both the Spring and Autumn
We recommend STARTER fertilizer when you lay your new sod. In one month, follow up with a Fertilome Slow Release fertilizer.
In the fall, an application of winterizer fertilizer will carry your lawn through the winter and green it up faster in the spring.
